Videobits use different couriers to ensure prompt and secure deliveries. Depending on the value of an order we may require a customer signature on receipt of the product.

During the working week, orders in stock will be shipped within 24 business hours from our UK warehouse. For orders where delivery is shown as “back-order”, we will ship within 24 hours of us receiving product from the manufacturer.
